It’s an architectural masterpiece! The Museum of Modern Art in the Museums quartier of Vienna looks like an extraterrestrial creation. The grey block without windows, made of black basalt lava with narrow long openings, is striking. Even though there are so many museums in Vienna, I chose mumok to be the first to visit. I really like contemporary art and modern architecture. The pieces of the puzzle have come together, everything I like has been here)) I was looking forward to seeing something special before I even entered the building. My feelings have not disappointed me, the exposition in mumok has been extremely interesting and inspiring! The mumok features works by Andy Warhol, Klas Oldenburg, Pablo Picasso, Yoko Ono, Gunter Brus and Gerhard Richter and many contemporary artists. PS. The exposition is not permanent, but it is not changed often.
